Terms of Service

Camper's Planner is a collaborative trip-planning tool: packing lists, meal plans, gear tracking, weather intel, field notes, and post-trip recaps. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Read this one carefully. The check-in system, missed check-in alerts ("Emergency Alerts"), trip plans, and emergency cards depend on email delivery, our servers, and the schedule you configured. They can fail, be delayed, or be misconfigured. They are not a replacement for 911/112, Search & Rescue, a satellite messenger or PLB, or telling a responsible person your plans. Never make Camper's Planner your only safety plan.

Outdoor recreation is inherently risky. You are responsible for your own preparation, equipment, and judgment. Weather, water, and season information in the app comes from third-party sources and may be wrong or out of date — verify conditions with official sources before and during your trip.

You own what you create. You give us the limited license needed to store, display, and share it as you direct (for example with trip members or via share links you enable). Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; we may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No scraping, probing, or disrupting the service; no attempts to access other users' data; no use of the safety features to harass anyone (emergency contacts receive email you configure — only add people who agree to receive it).

Free accounts have usage limits; paid plans unlock more. We may change features, limits, or pricing, and will communicate material changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on trip data, weather information, or safety features. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
