Account data: your email address, name, and optional profile details (country, avatar).
Trip content you create: trip names, locations, dates, packing lists, meal plans, expenses, bookings, tasks, notes, journals, photos, gear inventory, and fishing logs.
Safety information you configure: emergency contact names and email addresses, check-in schedules, alert messages, and check-in records. We use these solely to operate the safety features you set up.
Technical basics: a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
To run the product: rendering your trips, syncing offline field notes, sending the emails you ask for (invitations, trip plans, missed check-in alerts, reminders), and showing weather and location intel for your trip dates and destinations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content for advertising.
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to operate the service:
Trip content is private to the trip's members. If you enable a public share link, guest link, or public template, the content you chose to share becomes readable by anyone with the link until you disable it. Emergency contacts receive only what the safety features send: your trip plan and alert message.
Your content stays until you delete it. Account deletion deactivates the account and detaches it from shared trips; to request permanent removal of your data, email us and we'll complete it within 30 days.
